Let's Go Again!

The 4HB diet is BACK! I've clearly undone everything that I did with this wacky diet last summer, so I'm doing it again with the intent of maintaining the results. 

For those of you that are new, the 4HB diet is derived from a book called "The Four Hour Body". Basically the diet is beans, greens, and proteins for 6 days. No sugar. No dairy. No grains. Then WHATEVER YOU WANT on the seventh day. Really. Check out my blogs from last August. I consumed 5k calories of junk in a Saturday. It was gross and magical. 

I'm not going to post every meal every day like I did last summer; I'll just let you know if I come up with something tasty. I will, however, post my Saturdays in their entirety. I call it "Jour de Farce" ("Day of Stuffing" in French).
